Placing Reserves Online

To login to your account on our catalog, please use your patron card number as your user name and your FIRST name, all small letters, as your password. If this does not work, please call us at 515-733-2685 and ask to have your password reset. With our recent change in Circulation Systems, our online catalog has changed quite a bit. We are in the process of creating updated instructions for its use. 

*If you wish to place holds on items available from BRIDGES, please go through the BRIDGES website or app. BRIDGES items are shown in our catalog as a courtesy to you, so you know you have access to an electronic copy of an item. BRIDGES items are designated in several ways (e.g. "O" in the upper left corner of the item's image, 813./6 in the Call Number location, "Overdrive, Inc." listed as the second author, etc.).
